Julie Eldrett is a customer care consultant with over 35 years experience in the hair and beauty industry.

Julie, who had previously owned a successful salon business, now delivers seminars to the Hair and Beauty industry and beyond. A diverse range of leading organisations have benefited from her expert training including L'Oreal, Daniel Galvin Andrew Collinge, Saks Hair & Beauty, Toni & Guy, Charles Worthington, Aculite, Regis as well as the NHS, the police service, dentists and estate agents.

Her expertise has also been used in Europe and India, presenting to international seminars and training groups. Passionate about customer care, Julie strongly believes that the customer is the most important person in any business, whether they're sitting in a hairdressers chair or a dentists chair.
