Mystery Shopping

Mystery Shopping is a great tool to use to help identify any shortfall in customer retention and retail sales. Mystery Shopping is carried out in conjunction with Precision Research International. The Mystery Shopper will visit your salon and complete a specific questionnaire which not only assesses the salon, team and service but more importantly makes comments of how she felt - priceless! Training Needs Analysis

Julie can help you identify areas of concern regarding your business, customer retention, retail sales or team performance following a confidential consultation. Specific training can then be based around the concerns and needs of the business.

Train the Team

This can be done in-salon or at a separate venue and is an ideal tool to train the team on identified weak areas such as customer retention, re-bookings, retail, attitude, motivation and communication.

Standards and Systems

Once you have identified the systems and standards you wish to adopt it is important that they are consistently applied in the day to day running of the salon. Julie can provide policy documents and train your team in their application in the form a specific salon manual.

Mentoring

The business mentoring service is based on the salon owner's individual needs and can be supplied in the form of regular face to face meetings or over the phone. Following a confidential consultation, you can decide how long the mentoring period needs to last.
